I was fortunate to discover Cathy and her amazing teaching style. Cathy teaches a style of Pilates that I have practiced before and has proven to be very effective for me in respect of both body strength and balance. Cathy makes her Pilates classes fun and interactive and something to look forward to. She offers a few alternatives to each exercise which allow you to work to your potential and strength on any given day. Definitely worth a try. You will have nothing to lose except the bits you do not want.

I have been attending Pilates classes for over 12 years. Cathy Eaton has been my instructor for 6 of these. Pilates strengthens me, makes me more flexible and has assisted my recovery from lower back, knee and ankle weaknesses. What impresses me about Cathy’s tuition is that she pushes participants at all levels to challenge themselves, but does so without compromising safety. Her demonstrations and cuing of movements make following the class easy and her relaxed good humour makes for an enjoyable class. I thoroughly recommend Cathy’s classes to those wishing to become more flexible and to get stronger without resorting to a gym.

I’ve been doing Pilates for several years now, and it’s one of the best things I’ve done! Cathy’s classes are terrific: small, very friendly, caring and enjoyable. She’s a great motivator and encourages people to push themselves just that little bit more! Exercises have options; you can take the one that suits your body best. As your body becomes stronger, you take the harder options. Exercise classes are not a chore!
