About B-Toned

Cathy Eaton is the owner-operator of B-Toned Pilates.

Cathy has been practising pilates for 15 years, instructing for 13 years. Cathy is a former athlete who found she could no longer run due to persistent knee pain and tried pilates as an alternate way to keep in shape.

Pilates has been an enormous benefit to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for Cathy and achieving a level of strength and flexibility that surpasses even what she achieved during her peak fitness as an athlete.

Cathy says “a session of pilates after a bad day just makes me feel better, it lifts my spirits as well as rejuvenating all the muscles, I would thoroughly recommend pilates as part of your fitness regime.”

Cathy is a trained primary school teacher and a fully certified pilates mat instructor.
